The home button on my 3G was not working. I need it to last another few months until the 5th gen comes out. I called and was quoted $79 to replace it. I dropped in and she took the phone and started working on it immediately. About 15 min later, she came out and told me the button still did not work after being replaced, and suspected water damage. Why oh why did I not read the reviews before taking my tablet here? If you break your screen on your phone or tablet, save yourself the anguish and go somewhere else. Seriously, the customer service here is absolutely deplorable. I shipped my Surface in for repair. It was delivered and I got a confirmation that it was. A few days later they called me to tell me that my screen was in. Then suddenly, all went quiet. I started calling....and that is where everything went downhill.
