I went to L&D for a mark on my leg. I noticed that my calves started to swell this past weekend and then a bright red mark appeared, so I wanted to check for DVT because I am 38 weeks pregnant. This doctor looked at my leg and straight up told me I have ring worm. First off ring worm is very contagious and it is not diagnosed lightly. i found Dr. Williams after going with two other OBGYNs I didn’t feel a connection with, I liked the way she cared for the patient unlike the first two I saw. She might seem like a serious woman but she really sweet and kind. I gained quite a few pounds, more than I should have but she just told me to be careful. During my labor she knew what was best for me and the baby even though I didn’t want a c section but everything went great. My needs were always first and she made sure to answer my concerns.
