If I could give this office 0 stars I would…. RUDEST RECEPTIONIST EVER! Horrible 1st impression was on hold for about 7min called back and had the worst attitude when she answered the phone when I asked to set an appointment ……. DO BETTER!
Dr. RUTLAND is by far one of the most thorough and thoughtful physicians I’ve ever had the privilege and pleasure of meeting. He was the only doctor who thought “outside thr box” and ultimately, because of his innovative and effective approach, he saved my mother in laws life! He is a treasure in the medical field and I highly recommend him in every way possible!
Every time you make a appointment, he always cancel on you. I will not recommend it. like a joke
The rudest physician by far! Zero bedside manner! He was so mad that I asked for the physician on call to look at the leaking drainage tube placed after surgery. He came to the hospital room saying: “what is the issue? The tube suppose to do that! What else do you want it to do? ….. Ok??? Ok!” The arrogance of this guy is astounding! I’m disappointed to see him as part of Hoag Hospital Newport!
