Charlie was nice. I was suffering from a physiological injury from work, I was referred via Vitalis medical @ Kirrawee. All sessions were paid under workers compensation. Unfortunately after seeing Charlie for over 12 months plus, he failed to supply clinical appropriate documentation for the insurance company & my legal. He failed to provide for over 6 months. I was then tasked to request. Unfortunately it was not pleasant. Very very unprofessional.

Charlie is very knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help people. I've been to other counseling where they listen but have very little feedback. Charlie has feedback in spades and is clearly passionate about his industry. Highly recommend.
