Staff was respectful Dr was not and had my wife sitting in a waiting room for 2 hrs walks in says 3 words and leaves. Scheduled apt at 8 now 1130 barely leaving. This was just a PRE OP!!! We were told by 2 nurses that it wasn't even busy. I understand things can drag but every other Dr we have seen at the same facility was respectful informative and prompt. Dr McCarthy was not. Made my wife feel belittled and Disrespected
