Cathy literally was the first therapist I ever had that was straight up with me, but at the same time so compassionate. And I’ve had quite a couple. She always seemed interested, and always made me feel safe. It was a home I could go to, to escape my own. I always felt heard, and necessary. She saw me, and guided me through all my transformations, with out judgement. So blessed to of had her in my life for years.
