Doctor Luo is absolutely amazing. She actually listens to her patients and has a conversation about all the options for pain control. I cannot recommend her enough
Referral was denied because I am apparently “too young” to receive care here. I am 23 with several chronic illnesses that cause severe pain. I was never called or notified in any way that my referral was denied either, I had to call twice to find this out and they were not nice or empathetic at all about it. I really don’t recommend this place, you can’t be too young to be in pain.

Bridget Blanton (my daughter) had a miserable experience with this Dr.s staff yesterday. She called me after so upset 😡 by how the staff treated her. Bridget is post stroke and is scheduled for a serious back surgery soon and is in horrible pain. Those women working for the Dr. should never be allowed to work around the public, especially patients who are vulnerable and in pain. For details email me.
Everyone here is nice and helpful. They answer all of your questions. The staff is very nice and helpful. Michelle the nurse there is great. She can put in an IV and not even leave a bruise. I always bruise and sometimes it takes 2 or mire times to get an IV in. Michelle gets it first time Dr Luo is sweet and caring. I am doing much better. I am so glad I chose coming to this office.
