Such a lovely lady I loved having her as an OBGYN she made my scared 18 year old self feel confident and comfortable to continue on with my pregnancy she’s very reassuring while also being very upfront and honest truly the nicest doctor I’ve ever met she was also so quick with my iud insertion I barely felt any pain I hope to have her as an OBGYN again in the future
Dr. Andrus was friendly in manner, but I ultimately had to transfer care due to a breakdown in trust. While she presented as approachable, the care I received felt largely driven by fear, hospital policy, and liability concerns rather than by individualized, respectful support. One of the most upsetting aspects was how she handled the context of my previous loss. Dr. Andrus took care of my pregnancy check ups, she was profesional and friendly and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, she was not working at the hospital during my delivery time so I did not see her. I’m giving 3 stars because I only knew her for the follow ups and something didn’t like is that from her office called me to tell me she was too busy to do my 6 weeks after delivery follow up and that I have to do it with my Family Doctor (which is 1 hour far from me because I moved).
