Bad service, I do not recommend
I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Dr McAlpine takes the time to listen to all that ailes you and she takes the time to explain her findings. If she can't help you, they are kind enough to assist in referrals. Dr. McAlpine has been kind enough to reply to inquiries and emails into the evening and weekends. I find this rare and comforting. She's very thorough and that is why me and my Dad are quite grateful that we found her 25 yrs ago.
I would give zero stars if it would let me! This office practices "Cherry Picking Patients", choosing those with few issues, thus less money expended and more in their pockets. Surprisingly, this practice is not illegal, but it is very unethical! The staff were rude and condescending, including the office manager. I actually had to fill out an application to be "accepted". They become upset when I mentioned "Cherry Picking" at the window and I stated what an awful practice that is. There are too many other doctors to have on... read more
