I called numerous times on Friday loaning an appointment and no one ever returned my calls. I don't know if this is a good doctor or a bad doctor because according to the staff if you don't return phone calls, it's to me it's a pretty bad office and the advice
Dr Wang did my right eye Catarac surgery. Excellent in every way. Juan and Jen were 2 of the excellent team. My eternal thanks.
She has been my doctor for many years and she is still remarkable. The best in Florida if you ask me.
The staff is horrible 1- they never answer the phone it goes to voice mail 2- they are rude if they disagree with you they hang up the phone 3. They always go against what the insurance says and make up requirments and never check benefits with the insurnace , they are lazy and u professional 4. Do not go there .... trust me , that office is a torture they all need to be fired in That office
I just completed 2 eye surgeries with Dr Wang at Florida Eye Institute of Ocoee. The staff is very professional and personable. They make sure you understand the surgery procedure, the aftercare and what to do in case of an emergency. Dr Wang will contact you after surgery to check on you. I highly recommend Dr Wang and the staff at Florida Eye Institute.
