I would recommend Dr Catherine Roberts to anyone looking for a GP in the area. She is always so attentive and actually listens to me. She is very compassionate and professional and takes very good care of me. Also, her NP, Katelyn, is just as wonderful. Thank you, Dr Roberts and staff!
Dr. Catherine Roberts is the first GP that I have ever kept for longer than a year. It took several months to get in as a new patient, but it was worth it! It’s been several years since I stopped going to Dr. Roberts’ office. While her bedside manner was fine, I often found it difficult to get an appointment when I was actually sick. I was consistently advised to go to the ER instead, which was frustrating. My mom, Lila, has been a patient of Dr. Roberts for over 20 years. She is 87 years old. For the past 2 days she has experienced loss of appetite, leg and shoulder pain, nausea and diarrhea and feeling very weak. Called them at * AM this morning trying to get help and was told to take her to the emergency for because she was most likely dehydrated. Wow...you won't even try to squeeze her in and see about her. She's your patient and you don't even care. Horrible...I can't even begin to explain how bad this hurts me.
