Waiting in the front area 50 minutes. Now sitting here in the exam room 23 minutes waiting for provider. I will need to seek health care somewhere else

The office staff are horrible and very rude. I have a serious medical issue going on and whoever answered the phone laughed at me. I winded up going to the ER maybe I should send them my hospital bill to pay as they couldn’t be bothered to help me. Dr Navarro should seriously consider hiring people that are more compassionate because she will definitely lose a lot of patients with the staff she has. I found another primary care Dr and the office staff actually care about patients.
Worst office staff ever, they do not answer phone calls, voice mail busy and hangs up, the do not call you back to confirm work orders, do not send Xray results to specialists for surgery, whereas specialist handle to take extra X-rays! They failed to tell me one of there NP Laura left until AFTER I made an appt. , then they send an automated voice mail on a Sunday morning that there was a Covid issue and I could opt out with telemedicine visit, then they deny this and tell me the day after my appt. that they do not offer te... read more
