I have been seeing Dr. Navarro for over 3 years. She is an amazing doctor. However, her staff......they are rude, disrespectful, liars that have no care in anything they do. This office used to be awesome! But in the past 6 months to a year it is horrible! No patient should have to wait over 2 weeks for their medication! No patient should be lied to about why it's taking so long. As one who works on medication authorizations for a doctors office, shame on you! It takes 24-72 hours. Dr. Catherine Navarro is excellent and extremely intelligent physician, my issues with her answering services and the I don’t care attitude of her office staff. I had an upcoming appointment and tried for four consecutive days to to call her office several times a day and I was constantly getting transferred to a voicemail and even after leaving several messages to please call me back and never received a call back. Five star for Dr Navarro, but the staff shouldn’t get any. It’s always a problem getting refills even when you have an appointment and they ask if you need any and they don’t send them. Front desk Jamie is very rude and hangs up on you. When you call to get a refill you’re put on hold for 15 mins or so and sometimes sent to a voicemail.
