They say they take new patients but they do not. I called in Oct 2023 and sent all paperwork and never heard back. I have called and emailed numerous times but no one will get back to me? Last call was Jan 4, 2024 and someone answered saying "you can hold but there are 4 people ahead of you" and then click. I give up. I suggest you find a doctor who cares.
Google doesn't want to fix the actual address. It is 756 N Suncoast Blvd Crystal River, FL 34429, across from the Dairy Queen. I highly recommend this practice.
