I traveled from NM for my first appt. The wait time to see the provider was very long. I was told they would call to set up my cataract future appts and surgery because the scheduler was not at her desk. Waited a week and no call. I called several times and left messages with no reply. Finally 2 weeks later got a call. Today I'm here again appt time was 220 and it's 355 I haven't seen the provider.
