Dr Catherine Johnson, Neurosurgeon looked after my husband and performed an emergency laminectomy on his C5/6/7 and later C3/4 and L4/5. She was absolutely brilliant, professional and so helpful and friendly. Excellent communication skills explaining everything in detail. Both operations she rang straight afterwards to let me know how things went and her staff made sure all the necessary appointments before and after were organised. Highly recommend Dr Johnson services. She is amazing.

I was recommended Dr Johnson by some healthcare workers who work alongside her at Newcastle Private. She is by far the best specialist I have ever seen in my life. I have had 2 carpel tunnel surgeries with Dr Johnson over the last 3.5 month at Lingard Private Hospital and wanted to share my experience. Dr Johnson is a very caring, thoughtful and empathetic doctor who always greeted me with her beautiful smile in the hospital and in her rooms where she was perfectly on time with my appts. Both surgeries were successful and I can’t recommend Dr Johnson enough so if you have any neurological issues you need looked at give Dr Johnson a call, you won’t regret it :-)
