I took my daughter for a first time visit and Dr. Coles was absolutely wonderful! My daughter was anxious for this visit, but Dr. Coles quickly put her at ease. She was very patient and took the time to explain female exams, how they are performed, why they do these exams and what they are looking for. I would highly recommend Dr. Coles to anyone looking for an internist.
Very bad experience...came in as a new patient with diarrhea that had been going on for 4 weeks. She ordered a stool test which I brought in later the same day. Over the next 2 weeks, I called 3 times trying to get results and/or a prescription for the diarrhea which was still going on, keeping me up at night, making me miss work with 10-12 occurrences per day.
