Unfortunately, I have to edit my review of this provider. I was very disappointed when the provider changed my prescription without even consulting me, and then there was no record of the changed prescription in the EMR. The only way I learned about it was by consulting the pharmacy.
Dr. Caterina Oneto is the best doctor in New York city, caring, knowledgeable and her entire staff is incredibly professional!
This provider is amazing! I have gone to several doctors and for the first time I felt that my issue was not being dismissed . She helped resolve an 8 year long problem , and I’m really thankful I went to that appointment. I feel like she approached my consultation with curiosity- something others before has not. She’s great and her staff were extremely knowledgeable me too.
