Dr. DeLaCruz is thurough and knowledgeable but the staff there including Dr. Mohan just terrible not getting into details but I will say my appointment was at 11:15 am I was not seen until 12:53pm unacceptable. They schedule me during work hours as if I don't have a job. And the waiting room has no a/c it smelled so bad.
He was my doctor and my husband's, the best doctor. The staff back then was awesome. Glad to see dawn is still there.
Excellent doctor, wonderful staff. I feel safe and cared. Everyone is so kind and patient. Bonus: they can draw blood on site, so no traveling and second appointments at a Quest lab. The office is always packed so show up ten/fifteen minutes before your appointment.
This place is the worst, dirty and crowded office, besides of that they gave me an appointment but never put me on schedule, and of course they refused to fixed, the from lady wasn’t rude but still useless.
