I had a recent new patient appointment with Dr. Lien. His front desk staff and MA were welcoming and organized and the check-in process was seamless. He is very friendly and has great bedside manner. He is clearly very passionate about primary care and preventative medicine. He knows data and statistics but also has helpful advice for real life changes you can make to be healthier. I started seeing Dr. Lien 5 years ago and have seen him for a general checkups and for a couple random injuries'/issues. He was easily relatable and immediately knew the right questions to ask and referred me out for the right studies. Five stars for sure
Dr Lein should be a teledoc...Maybe he’s good at diagnosing things? IDK. But as a primary care doc, it’s clear he doesn’t care and seems to be a ER pariah charging 1st time clients $400 only to flake out on them. If you google him even his listed phone # is wrong & his secretaries say things like “sorry, you seem to have fallen off of his radar.” While you are awaiting crucial medical results weeks later. Hopefully someone likes him & leaves a positive review b/c this one is bad.
