We love Cave Springs Dental with Dr. Casey Dominguez and Brittany, his dental hygienist. They treat you with kindness and respect. I have never had a bad experience here. If you need a dentist I would highly recommend this business and staff.
I originally went to Dr. Casey, for a second opinion on a tooth that my regular dentist recommended I have a root canal. After doing an X-ray, he said he could fix it without having the root canal surgery. To make a long story short, he made a new crown and adjusted it so there was no electric or shooting pain at all. He was very reasonable and very professional.
