Dr. Carter is an excellent psychologist and is well versed in treating many different issues he specializes in. He provides excellent insights in how to respond to situations and break old habits. He is also familiar with different methods when it comes to addressing these issues. It is not an easy journey to embark upon, however I am grateful to have sought his assistance with becoming the person I am today.
