I spent 8 hours in the ER to get a referral, and then this pseudo-doctor called me to refuse it, saying that he does not treat arthritis. My mom had fibromyalgia, my great-grandfather had arthritis, and I have been experiencing excruciating pain. After 8 hours, is this really all I get? Maybe I’m mistaken, but isn’t a rheumatologist supposed to treat these conditions?
The qualify of care provided by Dr Chin is exceptional. He understands patient's physical challenges and hardship. Throughout the treatment, Dr Chin was professional and attentive. Most importantly, Dr Chin answers patients' questions and concerns promptly, which is rare nowadays in BC.
