The first office visit the staff appeared very professional and courteous. The receptionist was empathetic to patients being forced to wait outside without adequate seating while the office is closed and the doors are locked during lunch time. The technician or nurse practitioner was apologetic for the freezing office temperature. However, Dr. Landess wasn’t professional or courteous. EXCELLENT, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE , AND FRIENDLY
I felt the Dr was very thorough. She spent about an hour with me. Both her and Jake were attentive and answered my questions Her educational background is exceptional Needed tests done in her office a definite plus I can’t figure out the negative reviews. Not my experience at all. Best part telecom available visit lovely staff
