She is a very pushy physician. I had a wonderful delivery experience at u of m, besides my interactions with her. Thank goodness her shift ended at 7am.
She delivered both of my babies at U of M and did a wonderful job! One was a repeat C-Section and one vaginal. She was very supportive of my VBA3C. Dr. bell was more concerned with a repeat C-section than she was with my TOLAC. She was not my doctor throughout my pregnancy, but I really wish she was! Thank you so much for your kind words and getting me through my labor safely! I can’t thank you enough.
Always pressured into her own beliefs. My second pregnancy told me I was irresponsible having another close to my first baby. I was only 22 and kept pressuring me into having my tubes tied. I ended up pregnant again at 24 and first appointment straight to talking about tying tubes, disgusting they push that onto young women.( or just because I’ve had c-sections? Still weird.) Do not go to Dr. Bell!!!!! I was a patient of hers for a couple years and every time I went to see her she was coercive in treatment options, not understanding and would not listen to your wants and needs when it comes to birth control. I didn't see her at all for my weight, but every time I went into her office she would lecture me and impose her insanely biased opinions and stereotypes of fat people on me.
