If you had Carrie Webb in the past, she was great. I went back with my 2nd kid and Kotin was great in person as well. My issue is that they no longer accept dental insurance through Kotin and they didn’t tell me until after I paid the $300 fee for photos upfront. I went to Hopkinton instead and my total fee is $6,250 there for the same kid and same estimated length of time (and that includes photos). With Kotin, I would’ve paid $6,900 plus the $300 photo fee ($7,200 - same as my 1st kid with Carrie Webb). I would’ve saved $9... read more
Very happy with Dr Webb and her staff. My daughter is almost done with treatment and everything has been amazing.
We couldn't be happier or more satisfied with Dr. Webb's work. Our daughter needed braces and we were lucky to find Dr. Webb's office. The staff have been great, never any issues. For a place that our daughter needed to visit every couple of months for a few years it was definitely high on our list - that she receive excellent, consistent care. That is exactly what she/we got. Highly recommend!
