Matt did a very poor job restretching the carpet on our bedrooms and second floor lansing. He opened seams that he could not close properly, as a result there are 1 mm gap where the seams were, and it is vey ugly. Clearly he is not good at carpet restretching. But I do not know about his other services. He is also very expensive. He charged me $900 for this job. We should probably claim for damages, since most of the upstairs carpet needs to be replaced. But i don't have the time and I don't want the headache.

After my kids destroyed my rug and sofas during a flu bug, Matt was incredibly helpful, efficient and accommodating in regards to booking me in asap, getting my house smelling fresh and the sofas looking new again. Thanks so much Dr Carpet, would definitely recommend to anyone!

It's great to have someone clean our rugs and couches professionally with the right tools. After all the stuff kids have spilled on them its good to have them looking new again. I tried doing it myself it just isn't the same. Thx Doc.
