I have been with Dr. Costanzi for 20 years and she is wonderful! I have never had anything but a great experience with this office. I travel out of my way to stay with them even though I no longer live in the immediate area.
The customer service here is lacking. It took 3 phone calls to get all the information I needed just to become a client (I wasn't given any options, just told I needed to come fill out a medical release form, but I had issues commuting for a week or so... on my third call they told me I could opt for fax or email... Which I can do both.) This led to my care being delayed, which is the opposite of what you need while pregnant.
