Carolyn Scott MD is a very good doctor. She is very thorough and takes time to explain everything to her patients. I absolutely love talking to her and I am so happy she is my doctor.
This office lies on you and wears their feelings on their sleeves. They put incorrect information in your charts and put lies in your charts without any real proof or consult with you. They also never returns calls and completely ignores your wants as a patient. I have asked to speak to the main manager of the facility and was denied. She's an amazing & caring doctor! She has even called me way past regular office hours.
I waited to see her for a same day appointment. I loved her. She took her time with me and talked with me. She addressed my concerns. I thought she was absolutely wonderful !!!
Went for an annual wellness visit but during questions regarding my health things kept getting off track. I was told labs were required but would have to fast and come back. When I came for labs I was told the tech was out sick and had to come back. I had my appointment in April and despite leaving 2 messages and emailing through the site, I only heard back in June that I was fine. I was also billed for an office visit and labs$800 but all I wanted was my free checkup
Absolutely love Dr. Scott, she is AMAZING and always the best bed side manners. Caring to the fullest, awesome Dr.
