Dr Neltner performed cervical spine surgery after a bone spur broke off and crushed a nerve iny spinal column. She also recognized that this injury was not caused by an accident or wear and tear, but due to abuse due to an abusive husband. Thank you Dr Neltner for taking care of me and taking my pain away.
