Rang up to make an appointment receptionist couldn’t tell me if I could get an appointment for the next day because the dr was with a patient. I respect that . I asked if I rang back in a half hour or so would that be ok to she said yes but when I rang back she told me again the same. Not great customer service
WORST PRACTICE EVER!!!!! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE ESPECIALLY FOR THE ELDERLY WHO CAN"T DRIVE THERE TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS!!!!
I really am proud to call her my GP. I love her and my boys love her. She know inside outside of me better than myself. She is the best dr around. Will never replace her with anyone else. Thank you dr Baume 😊
