I originally was referred to Dr. VIilchis for a bladder prolapse. After talking with her I decided to have the Surgery as other alternative was not acceptable to me. Had nothing but troubles afterwards & she did not offer me any resolution. She was dismissive by sending me back to my Gynecologist who took one look & said I need to get 2nd opinion. She sent me to the Urologist she works with & I was then informed of what really was wrong with what Dr. Vilchis did & how he could fix it for me. Now am scheduled for 2nd surgery.... read more

When I first went to Dr.Vilchis, I was very pleased with the office and Dr.Vilchis. I even wrote a five star review for the office. She still is a good doctor and the front office staff is very good but I am going on SEVEN days since my pharmacy faxed your office a refill on my prescription. I have called the pharmacy and they say they are still waiting for approval. I have called your office twice and they say the request was received from the pharmacy but still my pharmacy has not received approval. I asked if another doct... read more
