I had such a great experience at my appointment. Going to the urologist can feel a little uncomfortable, but Dr. Vilchis made me feel completely at ease. She truly listened to me and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel cared for and understood. On top of that, her office staff was welcoming, kind, and very helpful. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism from the whole team.
I originally was referred to Dr. VIilchis for a bladder prolapse. After talking with her I decided to have the Surgery as other alternative was not acceptable to me. Had nothing but troubles afterwards & she did not offer me any resolution. She was dismissive by sending me back to my Gynecologist who took one look & said I need to get 2nd opinion. She sent me to the Urologist she works with & I was then informed of what really was wrong with what Dr. Vilchis did & how he could fix it for me. Now am scheduled for 2nd surgery.... read more
