Dr.Szpalski and Jackie, the receptionist, worked with me throughout the process to ensure I had insurance coverage and provided me with all the information I needed to know prior to surgery. Leading up to the surgery, the day of, and post-operatively, I felt heard with my wants and had all my questions answered. I would recommend Dr. Szpalski 10 times over.
