More than ten years ago, I was referred to Dr. Cesar because I had significant anxiety about my teeth. From the start, she made me feel comfortable, often joking with me and reassuring me that she would address my dental concerns and ease my nerves. She creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and remembers personal details about her patients. I’ve never seen a dentist be so rude to their staff before. Don’t go to this place, seriously don’t bother.
Took my grandmother in for her teeth cleaning. While I was there I witnessed Dr. Cesar yell and belittle the poor receptionists. I believe the receptionist was new as she apologized profusely for a minor error. However, Dr. Cesar was extremely unprofessional and borderline abusive to her staff.
Dr. Cesar is amazing. I've found her to be compassionate with her patients, understanding about needle phobias, and does top class work. I can't say enough good about her and her practice. Keep up the amazing work Dr. Cesar ♥
