The staff is not pleasant and they are HORRIBLE at communicating everything, I ended up switching doctors.
Dr. Morgan is my favorite OBGYN I have ever had! She treated me for an ovarian cyst and delivered my baby girl. She is always very attentive to my needs.
Terrible staff. Tried several times to schedule an appointment, the lady who attends first transfers to a schedule specialist and she never picks up the and asks me to leave a voicemail so that she can call me back. They never call back. Either they care less about patients or they don’t care about them.
I have been a patient of Dr. Morgan for the past 15 years since I was a young teenager. She delivered both of my babies. Back in August I found a lump on my breast and was concerned and wanted to get it evaluated when I called the office to schedule I was told that I had been demoted to “new patient status” and as a new patient they were scheduling 2-3 months out.
