Refused to see me in horrible pain with kidney infection. Appointments booked for her and the other docs. Refused to call in script. Did not talk to me directly and had the nurse tell me she cannot call in a script without urine test. Would not let me come in for just a urine test! Said I had to be seen by a dr!! Told me go to urgicare if the pain is too bad to wait until tomorrow! I still can’t believe the insensitive incompetency!!!
