I'm a new patient, and Dr. Jones should have 5 stars for sure! She's thorough, personable, knowledgeable, patient, and efficient. Her team is great too!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jones when my son was born last year. I see a different doctor but she unavailable due to illness during my induction so Dr. Jones took care of me. When I came in, my son was having a variable heartrate. Dr. Jones watched over us closely and let me know when he started having decels instead. I mean, who tells a pregnant woman that they are fat? Oh wait, Dr. Carolee Jones. 🙄 Absolutely disgusted by this behavior.
Excellent Doctor I transferred my medical care to her when I was 5mos pregnant. She was hands on and took great care of me and my child. The other Doctor I dealt with at UNMC before her would not introduce themselves to me only their resident would see me. I felt like a number not a patient. Due to my age I needed extra care and she made sure I had it and made sure there were no foreseen complication. I appreciate your work Dr. Jones
My overall experience wasn’t negative just uncomfortable. Below my expectations and that’s probably my own fault for having super high expectations and being so excited to have found a brown skinned doctor. My first experience started about a couple years ago when I went in for general check up to understand why we weren’t getting pregnant. I was referred to IVF doctor and told we wouldn’t get pregnant naturally and needed to seek infertility treatment.
