She is kind, sympathetic, easy to talk to, will always recommend a specialist when the issue is beyond her scope, couldn't ask for a better physician

Dr Smith is my 92 year old moms doctor she is great to her. I wanted to share a good comment in one of her receptionists her name is Julie. I was having a terrible time obtaining a refill on one of her prescriptions Julie went out of her way to be helpful, kind and understanding! I so appreciated this and it’s so refreshing to meet someone like this! Thanx again Julie??
Seeing Dr Smith is a big waste of my time. Never follows through. Prescription are never done on time and actually refuses to talk to patients over the phone!
Dr Smith is great! She is great listener, approachable, friendly, answers all my concerns. No complaints!
I will not return to Doctor Smith. Ido not understand why she would ask about my husband's opinion of my reproductive decisions. She also made clearly had not read my medical file despite my being a patient for over 4 years. When I presented concerns about my body she did not even bother to stand up and examine me. Another doctor in this office was on Google when I had a medical question. Not professional.
She is very nice but went in for a routine physical and she ended billing for things that were never discussed or a concern. Looks like trying to earn extra money and taking advantage of patients who don’t understand billing or the way insurances work
Dr Smith is great. Hard to find good PCPs these days.
A very compassionate and amiable doctor. Very refreshing in today's rushed society. Not thorough enough on some issue- so extra time on a return visit. The staff has improved over last 5 years, but often have to call many times to get a simple task addressed. Also, it is very difficult to get a direct message or question through to the doctor. I've never found that in any other doctor's office. Overall, I go there for the practitioners.
