The most patient Dr took a while for some of my problems and she was amazing with them
I’ve just recently started seeing Dr Shelley, and I love her and her staff. She was very detailed and patient explaining my procedures (even when I’d call the office with some random fear). I like the raw matter of fact manner in which she explains things. As a person with extreme medical anxiety I need a physician to give it to me in enough detail to understand what I’m dealing with but not too much to let my anxiety take it overboard. I was worried after reading some of the other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. She was very nice, answered all of my questions, and gave me good advice, and referrals for further testing.
Shelley is amazing! She is super helpful and insightful and straight to the point!
Always felt like a number. Will never go back. I was seen by her 3 times hoping it would get better. No emotional investment whatsoever even pretend for patients.
