Carole was thorough and considerate. She interacted so well with my son - patient, gentle, and understanding. When we got our Autism and likely ADHD diagnosis she gave me so much advice about the resources I could use, especially for greater support at school, as well as what to focus on in our NDIS application. I was open to medication and her advice on what to try first was bang on. We saw dramatic improvement within a few months, a much happier son, and I am very grateful.
We saw Carole about our daughter, she shows no signs of ADHD but for some reason Carole was trying to medicate her with stimulant medication. After sending an ADD questionare to her teachers and aides it was established that she didn't meet the criteria. She then asked my wife to go back to the teachers and quote "get them to tick a few more boxes" so she could go ahead and start treatment for her anyway.
