Horrible experience!! I have an amazing Family physician now!!!
Dr Carol Silverstein is a gem, amazing doctor, extremely knowledgeable and patient. This 5 star is ONLY for Dr. Silverstein (and also her nurse Puja who is extremely helpful). After being her patient for 20 plus years, we are currently thinking about finding a different family doctor and that’s because of her staff Jackie, who never ever returns the phone calls and even if she does her responses are utterly useless. Best family doctor and incredible team! Dr. Silverstein is very attentive, detailed and always takes the time with each patient. The Office Manager, Jacky, is a gem! Not only she’s a nurse who will have the patients ready for Dr. Silverstein, but she’s also extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and will always make sure she finds a spot to see the doctor or will recommend an alternative. Our entire family is being looked after by this amazing family clinic and we’re so grateful!
