She is so knowledgeable and kind.
Dr. Milam listens carefully, remembers important details and is easy to talk with. She has genuine warmth, a fabulous intelligence and made me feel safe to really let her what was going on so she could assess and help me. Those are important characterstics in any excellent mental health professional. I highly recommend her to you.

Hurtful. Waste of time and money.
I've been seeing Dr. Milam for 7 years now, and I can't say anything about her that would exemplify her incredible aptitude and excellence as a psychiatrist. She is good about communicating, willing to work with my therapist, and just absolutely outstanding. I've had over 5 psychiatrists over the past 18 years, and she has most definitely the best by a longshot.
