While the appointment with the doctor is good the rest is terrible. Always book the first appointment time slot and still sit in waiting room for over 30 minutes, then another 15-20 in the room before being seen. Check in process is annoying with a computer that doesn’t always work. Front desk staff is rude. Starting to consider going elsewhere as my time is more valuable.

I recently moved back to South Florida and was so pleased to know that she did take me back as a patient. As she was my OB/GYN 22 Years ago. She listens to her patience. She’s caring, respectful, and I respect her insight.

Dr. McKenzie is an exceptional gynecologist. She has a depth of knowledge gained over years of experience and is able to solve medical issues in a professional, clinical, kind manner. Her bedside manner is warm and pleasant; she ensures that her patients feel comfortable and less anxious about the patient visit. She is a 10 out of ten.

My physician, Dr. Carol McKenzie, took care of what I needed, as well as listened intently to me. Excellent physician. The entire staff is great! I’ve been seeing Dr. McKenzie for over 25 years. She is always very attentive and takes her time, listening and makes her patients feel both seen and heard. Wonderful doctor!
