I had no issue with talking to this doctor he seemed friendly enough. However, once I left his office it was impossible to get him to follow up with the report I needed (the only reason I went). It took months to get the report I paid for, and then there were mistakes. Here it is 4 months later, and I am still waiting for him to correct the report. It has been explained many times to him this is holding up an adoption. He simply does not seem to care. Dr does not return phone calls nor does he respond to emails.
