I've had nothing but great service everytime I go there very thorough with my options and spends as much time as needed with me. Did u want her to play board games with you or get the job done. Doctors are busy people and ill bet you got your problem solved. You sound like someone that can't be made happy. Giving her 1 star you need to have that stick removed by a proctoligist. 10+ years I've had 0 problems.
