Denise Maroon and her receptionist were incredibly unprofessional. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me for over 35 minutes, even though she clearly saw me waiting. When I finally got to speak with her, she seemed annoyed and acted like I was an inconvenience. I had a very unpleasant experience at Dr. Maroon's dental clinic. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude—she didn’t even greet me and responded with a bad attitude when I asked a simple question about my appointment. She treated me with clear disrespect once she noticed my accent and made me wait much longer than other patients who arrived after me. Nancy was a wonderful receptionist!! Assistant who took the x-rays, great and the dentist was very helpful. I feel comfortable and confident having dental work done there!!
DO NOT COME HERE!!! This my first and only visit. The front was extremely loud and made the experience veey uncomfortable. She even came into my room while I was speaking to the assistant and rushed my service. I had to leave since I knew I wouldn't get adequate care.
My dental care was in the best hands Dr. Ghazal Navab and team (Gloria and Nancy)! To name a few! Nancy gave me a clear understanding of the cost involved with options of services after my initial check up. I had a root canal, many xrays, cavities taken care of (3) and 2 new crows!
