They had a good front desk person named Nancy, but she no longer works there, the replacement was lost and now one of their dentist a very rude person ( nabobe) HAS made it so bad for me that I am going some place els I don't need rude people in my life ..the other Dentist are very good nice and compassionate
This is the best dental office I have ever been to! I showed up with really bad issues with my teeth and when they were done I had my smile back. Dr Navab is the best dentist I have ever been to!! She is a miracle worker. She saved so many of my teeth that I thought I was going to have to get extracted. I had to receive a partial because of some of the teeth that had to be extracted and when it broke they had it back to me within a day! Denise Maroon and her receptionist were incredibly unprofessional. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge me for over 35 minutes, even though she clearly saw me waiting. When I finally got to speak with her, she seemed annoyed and acted like I was an inconvenience. Dr. Maroon herself was dismissive during the appointment, barely explained the procedure, and kept checking her phone mid-consultation. I had a very unpleasant experience at Dr. Maroon's dental clinic. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was extremely rude—she didn’t even greet me and responded with a bad attitude when I asked a simple question about my appointment. She treated me with clear disrespect once she noticed my accent and made me wait much longer than other patients who arrived after me. Nancy was a wonderful receptionist!! Assistant who took the x-rays, great and the dentist was very helpful. I feel comfortable and confident having dental work done there!!
