Wow, the bad reviews are on point. The receptionist is really rude and unknowable. Customer Service -a star. Spent the morning filling out and signing forms that they sent via text and when I arrived they wanted me to do it again on paper. She assumed I olny spoke Spanish so she game the forms in Spanish. When I told her to give them to me in English she started lecturing me how I should have yold here from the beginning, so I told,her she should have given me the choice of language insted of assuming. Completely lack of respect and customer service, never expected to be treated like that by the receptionist, she made me wait and show very aggressive attitude, never coming again 😡😡😡‼️
They had a good front desk person named Nancy, but she no longer works there, the replacement was lost and now one of their dentist a very rude person ( nabobe) HAS made it so bad for me that I am going some place els I don't need rude people in my life ..the other Dentist are very good nice and compassionate
This is the best dental office I have ever been to! I showed up with really bad issues with my teeth and when they were done I had my smile back. Dr Navab is the best dentist I have ever been to!! She is a miracle worker. She saved so many of my teeth that I thought I was going to have to get extracted. I had to receive a partial because of some of the teeth that had to be extracted and when it broke they had it back to me within a day!
