I highly suggest not using this facility. I had one appointment here at 11AM. I did not get in to see “a doctor” until 12:45 PM. I was only seen at this time by a nurse practitioner because I complained and the doctor was busy. I have since attempted on several occasions to send messages through the Jackson patient portal and have not received a response. Dr. Andux has an Incredible bedside manner. Compassionate, brilliant, and thorough. The staff is competent, caring, and responsible. The whole office is well organized. The security officer is so responsive. He even helps the elderly with the door.

Dr Andux-Gonzalez and her team are excellent. She is really helping me get to the solution to my problem, after seeing many individual specialists on my own. The entire experience is a little different than a normal doctors office. You check in downstairs almost like a hospital.
