Nothing but good experiences here since I started. Only thing I don’t like is there is no direct line to the office. I have to talk to a robot and then a person who doesn’t even know me. Sometimes being transferred and disconnected in the process so I have to start all over again. My time has been adjusted so I can make it back to work. This pertains to lab work. Sometimes all my orders are not there so I have to call and wait for them.
