I have not been to this Sierra Medical Group in over 2 years because of the RUDE staff but today, I got a call from A.V. OUTPATIENT IMAGING to schedule me for an appointment for X-Rays ordered for me by my "Doctor" at Sierra Medical, Dr. Ernest Carmel. Like I said, I have not been to this 'Dr.'s office' in over 2 years! My next call is to my insurace provider to see if anything else has been ordered AND billed by this facility under my name! Is this possibly Medicare FRAUD?
