I do feel disappointed by the excellent service I was expecting from this practice, it is relevant for customers to get what they need, what they WANT and what they pay for. There is only one option, it is green or it is grey…!
All of my family goes to doctor Haywood he's very professional and his staff is friendly. I wish they would take their time looking up insurance information though. That is my only issue with this office.
Takes time with his patients, explains things very well, and goes the extra mile! Also has a very good office staff.
