Went up there earlier today my son had something in his eye they refused to see him hope nothing wrong with his vision now the man in office is rude they need friendly people to work in there. Talking about u can take him to Robbins ugh sir I’m in Troy. And they made my mom an appointment for yesterday Tuesday but the note on the door says they closed Tuesday and Thursdays.
Doctor Haywood very nice and respectful he takes time to listen and just chitch chat
I do feel disappointed by the excellent service I was expecting from this practice, it is relevant for customers to get what they need, what they WANT and what they pay for. There is only one option, it is green or it is grey…!
All of my family goes to doctor Haywood he's very professional and his staff is friendly. I wish they would take their time looking up insurance information though. That is my only issue with this office.
