Constant delays and mistakes, and no amount of phone calls to the office help to move things along. Most recently, Dr Lewis’s office took 2 weeks to tell us my mother in laws test results came back critically low and she needed a blood transfusion. She is now very sick and depends on him to get referrals and tests so she can connect with a specialist, but this time, he requested the wrong test and cause yet another delay. Total incompetence.
Have been going to Dr. Lewis now for about 8 years. He is the best. Caring, knowledgeable, stays current, professional, comforting, friendly and on and on. I trust Him and highly recommend him.
0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE OF COLOR! I waited on my x-ray results for OVER A WEEK! Kept getting the run around about results coming in. Started out as “he’s busy & cant look at them right now” to “oh they havent come in yet” LIES!!! I ended up having to go get them myself & drop them off at the doctors office! Funny thing is the medical records office is within walking distance so ANYONE couldve went to get them they just chose not to! Smh DO YOUR JOB!!
